Marge & David’s Luskentyre Beach Wedding, Isle of Harris

Marge and David married on Luskentyre Beach during a blustery week of rain and wind, but the sun came out just for the afternoon of their wedding.

Kay from Fuze Ceremonies travelled over from Lewis to conduct their Luskentyre beach wedding to the sound of the waves. A couple walking past stopped to watch, and Crìsdean the piper helped with a Gaelic reading during the ceremony, which included hand fasting and drinking heather whisky from their quaich.

Afterwards we went off to find Toby the white horse, and he was there in the dunes, almost as if he’d been waiting for Marge and David.

Finally, we made a stop up the hill so they could sit a while amidst the heather and have another little sip of whisky.
